*By registerting for one of the Training Offerinngs from CopperCloud, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Mode of Training:

The Training will be conducted on Classroom and/or online mode, dependng upon prevalent situation and local rules (and also the Organizing Institute's preference).

Payment  Mode:

All payments will be through Bank Transfer/UPI/Credit or Debit Cards. The payment link will be provided for the training programmes individually.

Payment must be received in full at the time of registration.
 

Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy:

Cancellation of training regsitration will be allowed within 24 hours of registration, with full refund. No Cancellation will be allowed after 24 hours of registration.

Some trainings require CopperCloud to ship training kits to the participants. Once shipped, no refunds or returns will be allowed. In case the training kit is reported to be damaged in transit, Participants are required to notify CopperCloud immediately on delivery, so that return and replacement can be arranged.

No Shows:

Registrants who do not attend on the day will be considered ‘no shows’ and will not be eligible for any refund. 

Shipping Policy:

Some trainings require CopperCloud to ship training kits to the participants. Each Training Kit is put through a Quality Check before being dispatched. The shipping & delivery time will vary from region to region.

Once shipped, no refunds or returns will be allowed. In case the training kit is reported to be damaged in transit, Participants are required to notify CopperCloud immediately on delivery, so that return and replacement can be arranged.

Shipping & handling charges will be separate, where applicable, and will be clearly indicated in the course fees information.

Special Note:
Please note, due to circumstances beyond CopperCloud's control, speakers, venue, content and timings may vary. CopperCloud reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule the training event if necessary.  In the case of cancellation by CopperCloud, a full refund of course fees will be made. In the event of a re-schedule course fees will be transferred to the new date. Participants who cannot make the revised date will be eligible for a full refund.
